• One Pillar Pagoda: Known as "the most unique pagoda in Asia", it has a unique architectural structure. The pagoda looks like a lotus flower, which is also the national flower of Vietnam.
• Temple of Literature: It is considered to be the first university in Hanoi, built in the 11th century.

If you decide to take the tour at night, the monuments and points of interest you can access are:

• History Museum: this is a jewel of Indochinese architecture where you can see much of the history of this country, which was colonised by France.
• Hoan Kiem Lake: a shallow freshwater lake in the centre of Hanoi, surrounded by trees that create an oasis of peace.
• Ngoc Son Temple: was built between the 18th and 19th centuries and is one of the most visited and revered temples in Vietnam.
