How does the New York Pass work?

Choose between a 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 day pass and during that time you can access as many attractions as you want. All you have to do is present your pass in digital format when you arrive at the attractions.

How many attractions does the New York Pass include?

You can choose from over 100 attractions including New York's top attractions. Your pass also includes other experiences such as cruises, guided tours or a sightseeing bus ticket.

Do I have to book my attraction tickets in advance?

While most attractions do not require reservations, there are some (such as guided tours or the Empire State Building) that do require advance booking due to high demand. You can check which ones and make your reservation from the APP (you will find all the information on the voucher that we will send you when you make your purchase).

How is the pass activated?

When you access the first attraction, the pass will be activated and from then on you can use it for the number of consecutive days you selected when you made your purchase. In other words, if you have a 3-day pass and you activate it on a Tuesday afternoon, you can use it for the rest of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Do children need a pass?

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 have reduced pass prices and children under 3 are free on most attractions, so they don't need a pass.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

No, you can only visit each attraction once for the duration of your pass.

How do I redeem my ticket for the New York Yankees game?

Your pass entitles you to a grandstand level seat which is redeemable at the ticket office. Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you go to the ticket office in advance to scan your pass and get the best seat available. On the pass APP you will be able to consult the timetable to check all the details of the match.
