Step by Step
When do I choose the attractions? Do I need to book in advance for any of them? Can I visit them more than once? We explain it all to you:
Do I have to decide on the 3 attractions to choose from when I buy them?
No. You can do this later, but it is advisable to reserve your ticket for some of them before your visit for capacity reasons.
How do I reserve my ticket for the attractions that require it?
Once you make your purchase, you'll receive access to the New York CityPASS® app. From there, you can easily reserve tickets for the attractions you'll be visiting.
How do I use my pass?
You will receive your New York CityPASS® in digital format along with all the necessary information about the attractions and their schedules. You can carry it on your phone and present it at the attraction entrance. Absolute convenience.
If I'm travelling with children, do they need a pass?
Passes are available at a special price for children between the ages of 6 and 17. Children under the age of 6 usually get free entry to the attractions and therefore do not need a pass.
Can I visit the attractions more than once?
No, you can only visit each attraction once during the validity period of your pass.
When do the 9 days of use of my pass start?
From the first time you enter one of the attractions included in your pass, you have 9 consecutive days to use it. Remember that the date you select at the time of purchase is for guidance only and that you have one year to activate your pass from the date of purchase.
How much can I save with New York CityPASS®?
