Step by Step

This airboat ride will allow you to discover a totally different part of New Orleans, namely the flora and fauna of the bayou. The experience lasts about 3 hours, during which you'll get a close-up look at the landscape of this region. Together with a tour guide, you will learn about everything you see.

The hovercraft is a shallow draft boat, perfect for cruising the small rivers of the swamp. The guide will stop the hovercraft at certain points so you can take the best pictures of the scenery. In particular, the mossy cypress trees and the tupelo trees submerged in water stand out.

On the other hand, as for the fauna, this place will not leave you disappointed. All kinds of animals reside in this swamp, which you will be able to see on your walk, some of the most impressive of which are:

    It was a very fun and informative trip. I think it is an excellent option to take the kids and let them have some fun with nature and the different animals that appear along the route. Highly recommended.
