On this nearly 2-hour tour, you'll have the opportunity to visit up to 5 of the city's pubs while learning about their history from an expert local guide . Nashville is also known for its innovative approach to the cocktail industry . In a group of no more than 15 people, you'll tour the city's bars and enjoy drinks you've never tried before. These include elaborate shots and craft beers considered to be the best in the country.
Nashville is the state capital of Tennessee and is known as America's Music City , due to its active recording industry . The city is also famous for its neoclassical architecture and its many museums dedicated to country music.
During the tour, you'll pass through Printers Alley, a neighbourhood filled with nightspots dating back to the 1940s. At the turn of the century, the neighbourhood was home to a thriving paper industry, housing two newspapers, ten copy shops and a dozen publishing houses. Once a nightlife entertainment area, the district was a major location for illegal bootlegging during the Prohibition years .
On 2nd Avenue, you'll find Nashville's liveliest street, lined with bars and nightlife venues where you can listen to live music and enjoy some of the best drinks in town. They serve the best shots of the famous Tennessee Moonshine, made with the region's famous whiskey.
