You'll start with a video about the planting, germination, curing, fermentation and sorting of the tobacco leaves before they are sent to the factories. You will then see how the various tobaccos are sorted and packaged for distribution.
You will share the history of the manufacture of these commercial cigars in Florida. It began with small-scale operations by Cuban immigrants in the 1830s. It flourished in the "Cigar Capital of the World", with pioneers such as Vicente Martinez Ybor and Eduardo Manrara.
