Once at the market, you can wander through the dozens of open-air stalls at your own pace , finding the fragrant grapefruit, limes, lemons and oranges, which begin to be harvested from November through April. You'll also find local fish such as grouper, tuna, snapper and mackerel (which are only caught in December), as well as vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines and peppers.
