You need to show your digital ticket at the 9-20 access point on the booked day. Children under 100cm are free.

Remember that if you wish to visit the Giraffe Terrace, there is an additional supplement of 200 THB per person which includes a bucket of food to feed the giraffes (free for children under 100cm).
