The Toledo Tourist Wristband is only suitable if you are staying in the city for more than 4 days, otherwise you won't get to visit all the attractions and monuments included in it. For less than that amount of days, you might want to make a selection of the sites you want to visit and pay the entrance fee for each of them. Of course, you won't be able to skip the queues.

Bear in mind that, with the Toledo tourist bracelet, you not only save on the price of tickets and guided tours, but you also skip all the annoying queues and get direct access to the attractions, thus optimising the time of your visit.

If you are travelling with children, it is also worth buying the tourist bracelet, as you will be able to see some of Toledo's most fascinating sites, spending much less on entrance tickets, as well as enjoying the Toledo Train Vision tourist train, which offers a tour narrated in 16 different languages, and takes you on a tour of the most picturesque parts of the city.

When not to buy the Toledo Tourist Bracelet

The only time it is not advisable to buy the Toledo Tourist Bracelet is if you already know the city and don't have one:

    • If you already know the city and have no intention of visiting its main attractions, or you have simply come for work and are not interested in its attractions and monuments.
    • If you are going to stay in the city for less than 4 days. With so few days you won't get the most out of it, as it has many interesting options. If you plan to stay 2 or 3 days, another option is to buy the Toledo Card (the card, not the bracelet). The Toledo Card includes only a handful of tickets to selected attractions. It is perhaps much more convenient. It does not include guided tours or a ride on the Train Vision.

However, if you only have 1 day in the city, and you still want to see the sights, I recommend that you do a little research before you arrive, so you are aware of everything you need to know to visit Toledo in 1 day. Don't worry, although you won't have enough time to see everything this city has to offer its visitors, I guarantee that you will manage to fall in love with Toledo, and I assure you that you will leave thinking about when to come back.

This card only includes admission to the main monuments, such as the Cathedral, the Church of Santo Tomé, the Synagogue of Santa Maria de la Blanca and the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes.

The Toledo Card is a very good option for a short visit to the city, as it allows you to see some of the sites that have made Toledo world famous. Although it does not include any guided tours, you will be able to briefly get to know all its charm, without spending too much.

You'll also see the Alcázar, the Church of San Lucas, the Cathedral, the Church of San Marcos and the meanders of the mighty Tagus River. A perfect place to have a refreshing drink and take a break.

Another place you should visit is the El Greco Museum. This is one of the most interesting museums in Toledo, entirely dedicated to the works of Domenikos Theotokopoulos, better known as El Greco. The collection includes a number of paintings, engravings and sculptures dating from the 16th and 17th centuries.

Visit the amazing Caves of Hercules, remains of the city's Roman architecture. Its great water reservoir was built in no less than the 1st century A.D. The best way to speed up my visit to this wonderful city. Toledo is a delight... there are so many things to see. Unfortunately I didn't have many days left and didn't have much time to plan but this made it a lot easier for me.

I was especially fascinated by the Church of El Salvador and Santa María la Blanca, where I could appreciate the influence of different cultures in the history of Toledo.

The great differential of this service is to give you the facility to forget about the tickets and make a more agile tour. I have 4 underage children so this option was the best.
