Despite the challenges, it is a place that has managed to maintain its rich culture and traditions, making it a unique gem in Asia. You will experience the experience on an electric bicycle, which will make your journey much easier and more comfortable, reaching places quickly, without polluting the environment.
You will get closer to the local life as you get to know the must-see places, among them:
- Gyeongbokgung Palace: this monument of traditional Korean architecture is the largest palace in Seoul. Inside, it has more than 7,700 rooms.
- Bukchon Hanok Village: this neighbourhood is known for its traditional Korean houses, called hanok. You will cycle up and down the steep streets to see the beautiful residences.
- Namsan Park: enjoy the nature of Seoul by cycling through the trails of this park and enjoy the panoramic views from the observation deck.
- Seoul Tower: ride a cable carto the top of the tower and see the splendour of South Korea's capital from above.
- Cheonggyecheon Stream: this stream has been restored and transformed into a park. You can enjoy the modern art murals and relax in the greenery along the way.
- Jogyesa Temple: a place famous for its picturesque floral decorations, where lantern festivals are held. Here, you will learn more about Korean Buddhist culture.
You will also have the opportunity to visit the Tongin and Gwangjang markets, where the region's exquisite street food and a variety of cultural shops abound, making for a unique and enjoyable time. Along with this, you can enjoy street art and try the popular Korean drink called soju in the local bars.
