Step by Step
If you are looking for adrenaline and direct contact with nature, this white shark cage tour from Cape Town is for you. You will depart early in the morning for Gansbaai, one of the best white shark watching areas in the world, where you will have a unique and totally safe experience.
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a light breakfast and receive a briefing from the marine life expert team, who will explain the behaviour of the sharks, safety precautions and how the activity will be carried out.
Once on the boat, you will sail out to sea until you reach the dive site. The team will place the cage in the water and, on a rotating basis, participants will be able to dive and observe the sharks from the safety of the cage, with no need for previous diving experience, as you will remain on the surface with mask and snorkel.
While you wait for your turn or if you decide not to enter the water, you can enjoy the show from the boat, with breathtaking views of the ocean and marine life. At all times you will be accompanied by professionals who guarantee your safety and enrich the experience with data and observations.
Upon returning to dry land, a light lunch is provided and the day's activity is reviewed. In addition, if conditions permit, you will have access to pictures or videos of the day's activity.
