Step by Step

This day trip will take you on an unforgettable journey to Pieskowa Skala Castle and the city of Czestochowa, departing from Krakow, in small groups of maximum 15 people in a private vehicle.

A driver, who will also be your expert guide, will take you to explore the route of the Eagle's Nests, where more than 20 medieval castles are located, which are the living history of the country, preserved in perfect condition.

You will have the opportunity to visit Czestochowa, a small but impressive town, which is home to the Jasna Góra Monastery, the heart of the Catholic religion in Poland, founded in the 13th century by Blessed Eusebius of Esztergom.

You can also see the impressive Black Madonna of Częstochowa, patron saint of the country and one of Poland's national symbols, the most revered by the locals.

As you stroll through the city, you will have a variety of restaurants with typical dishes of the region to try (not included in the cost of the tour).

En route, you will visit the imposing Pieskowa Skala Castle, located in the Ojców National Park, a beautiful royal fortress perched on a limestone cliff that provides one of the most beautiful postcards of the trip.

You can access the art museum inside the Pieskowa Skala, which exhibits must-see European works, if you plan your visit between May and October. From November to April, the doors are closed to the public and can only be seen from the outside.

Along the valley path in front of the palace, you'll see the popular Hercules' Mallet rock, another natural wonder not to be missed as you pass through the Eagle's Nest route before returning to Kraków.

A good tour for sightseeing in Poland. It was an excellent choice, a friend recommended it to me and she was absolutely right, it is an almost obligatory tour if you are in Poland, it nourishes you a lot of its history and leaves you with some impressive images in your head.

The castle is very well restored. I thought I was going to find a more devastated place, but it turned out to be quite the opposite, it even made you want to stay and live nearby.

Eight hours that flew by, hopefully I will have the opportunity to return in the future. I feel I left some stories incomplete that I would like to hear again.
