During this night tour you will see some of the most emblematic buildings, starting with the iconic Palacio de Bellas Artes, Mexico City's most important cultural venue. Admire this opulent monument and then walk up to the Palacio de Correos to see the eclectic architecture of this post office. Continue your tour along the emblematic Madero Street, which holds all kinds of stories, some joyful and some tragic.
In small groups of about 20 people you will pass through small alleys and learn about the legendary legends of the famous Casa de los Azulejos and the stories of a former Franciscan convent and temple.
You will continue through the Zocalo, the main square of the city, and in the darkness you will see the imposing illuminated National Palace , the official residence of the President of Mexico. Here you will also see the Metropolitan Cathedral, the largest and oldest church in Latin America, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.
Pass by these two important buildings of Spanish-American architecture and then admire the ruins of the Templo Mayor, once the symbolic centre of the Mexica Empire.
You'll culminate with a visit to the Torre Latino, Mexico City's Empire State skyscraper . Learn about the history of this iconic building, which is over 180 metres high, and if you've chosen the top option, climb up to its observation deck to see the beautiful city from above.
