Step by Step
25 km from Rome is the town of Castel Gandolfo where you can visit the exclusive Papal Palace and the Barberini Gardens . You will have an audio guide during the whole visit so that you can learn the most interesting facts about the different Popes who have spent their summers there and all their anecdotes. If you prefer, you can choose to hire a private tour guide.
The return trip from the Roman capital to the papal villa is included, so you don't have to worry about organising anything.
