Step by Step
This tour of Delhi's Sanjay Colony will allow you to get to know one of the poorest and most authentic areas in an original tour beyond the typical tourist visits. Sanjay is a slum located in South Delhi and, although it is mainly a residential area, it has a lot of life thanks to the industries.
For approximately 3 hours, you will take a unique walking tour that will immerse you in the day-to-day life of the colony. You will have the opportunity to discover what daily life is like there and the rich culture that emerges in every corner you pass through.
In addition, you will be accompanied by an expert local guide. At each point along the way, the guide will take the opportunity to provide you with all the relevant information so that you can soak up the sense of community there.
There will be time to pass by the houses, temples and small local businesses that fill the streets of the colony. You will even visit a school that is partially funded by the proceeds of the tour itself.
