Experience Highlights

With a ticket to FlyOver Iceland, located in Reykjavík's Grandi district, you can enjoy a unique experience that will make you feel like you're actually flying the Icelandic skies.

Arrive 15 minutes ahead of your booked time and redeem your digital (or printed) ticket at the ticket office. The experience is suitable for all ages, but there is a minimum height requirement of 100cm to participate.

Before the flight, you will be immersed in two experiences that explore the history, mythology and nature of this extraordinary island.

Once in the air, thanks to the 20-metre spherical screen, you'll feel like you're flying over rugged terrain, active volcanoes and breathtaking landscapes.

Can you imagine flying over Iceland's breathtaking landscapes without taking your feet off the ground? Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, you will be suspended in front of a 20-metre spherical screen while the film is shown, taking you on a thrilling journey through Iceland. Special effects, such as wind, fog and scents, will envelop you in an unforgettable journey.

This is an activity that lasts about 10 minutes and gives you the opportunity to discover many sites of the country without leaving your seat in the Icelandic capital.

You can see more of Iceland through this screen than in real life. Several nature sites, which will be difficult to access if you have limited travel or adverse weather conditions, are featured in this activity. In addition, other spots from around the world will be included for you to compare with the grandeur of Iceland.

Before immersing yourself in this journey, you will participate in two pre-trip experiences that will tell the story of the role of nature, weather and humanity in Iceland, as well as the natural forces on this island that is surrounded by much mythology. Our guides and resident troll SúVitra will take you through adventures that will ignite your imagination with tales of volcanoes, glaciers, Vikings and legendary creatures.
