Paris Musée de l'Armée, Army Museum, Guided Tour

Join a guided tour of the Musée de l'Armée in Paris and take a journey through France's military history. For around 2 hours, you will have the opportunity to explore the museum's vast collections, ranging from the Middle Ages to the Second World War, guided by an expert in military history.

This experience includes priority access to the museum, allowing you to avoid long lines. In addition, you can choose between a semi-private tour for up to 8 people or a private tour exclusively for your group.

Admire ancient armour , historic weapons and artefacts that recount the exploits of French heroes and the great battles that have shaped the nation. Throughout the activity, you will learn about military strategies and the evolution of weaponry, while your guide provides a detailed explanation of each exhibit. You will immerse yourself in key events such as the Battle of the Marne and the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, reliving crucial moments in history.

During the tour, you will see one of the iconic taxis that played a vital role in the Battle of the Marne, as well as historical figures such as Bismarck, who influenced the Franco-Prussian War.

You will also reconstruct the chain of events that culminated in the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, the event that triggered the First World War. You will examine the train carriage where the armistice that ended the war was signed, and learn how the threat of Adolf Hitler led to the Second World War.
